Welcome to St.Alma

An ode to Alma Avalon’s long-lost Sister, Alma Group has been quietly working to transform the old Bendigo bank into a space and destination those in Freshwater can be proud of and engage with.

The result …… st. alma, a welcoming space that marries contemporary Mexican fare with a relaxed, next-level dining experience.

Our drinks

Hiding within the Old Bendigo bank, St. Alma’s beverage selection is developed in line with the seasons to provide a ripe cocktail selection. Curated by Group Beverage Manager Austin Andrews-Little, the list aims to utilize produce featured in Australia and Mexico with a citrus focus to highlight combinations you may not have considered, but will definitely enjoy.

Our Food

St. Alma is truly a reflection of Executive Chef Tim Christensen’s journey in the kitchen. So while a focus on fresh, locally sourced seafood will once again feature, you can expect a heap of different techniques being utilized (from week-long dry aging to curing) to highlight the depths of flavor Australian seafood has to offer. The produce will then feature flavors of coastal Mexico and ingredients found on the east coast of Australia to provide you with a dining experience like no other.
